This one is very clear! If I read it correctly, this is done from the point of view of Narcissus looking into the water. On the left is the reflection of the sun. This one looks like it could be a combination of computer imagery and paint brushed on by hand.

This is done digitally using the software Bryce 7pro. The dimension is 800×427. I dont use real paint or canvas. I work mainly on pc using software and photographs etc Sorry for the omission. I will keep that in mind in future. Please let me know if my use of only software excludes me from the forum guidelines. I am new here.Thanks
