Fishing fun!

I am new to digital art. Created this artwork using Artrage on my Galaxy Note 9 phone. Thank you for looking at it and your comments.

Amazing detail on a phone! Do you have a fine stylus? I couldn't use those big rubber things with my phone.

Re: Fishing fun!

Thank you Elaine and Jon.

The Galaxy Note 9 phone comes with its own S-pen which is bluetooth-enabled and has a sharp tip. I just got it a month ago and liking it so far.

That's cool. What are your tools for using the 40" TV for painting? I am curious to know, if you are alright with that.

Re: Fishing fun!

Raj, in response to your post and my method of working digital painting, I have been using a TV 40" screen for my PC monitor. ( I picked up the tv over 5 years ago after a fire sale at a local supermarket for a very low price, cheaper than a small pc monitor)
My present PC was handmade over 18months ago and had the latest Nvida graphics card , with high spec processor and the Wacom Intuos pro pen and tablet. I am in my eighties so I went for expense no worries.
I experience no time lag when painting to screen and after some technical setups the painting process with the usual apps like adobe and corel and posting to wet canvas and other outlets when working with their systems.
I usually work from photographs and sometimes memory of natural scenery similar to painting I saw at your own web page.
If interested I will attempt to post a photograph of my set up. and in the meantime a digital painting this week from one of my holiday pics in the USA.

Re: Fishing fun!

Hello jow104,
Thank you for sharing the details of your setup. I am a pastelist and recently got into the digital art. Someday, I would like to switch to bigger screen setup like yours.
I looked at some of your landscape paintings, I liked them very much. It's always fun to paint something with which your memory is attached. Seems like you have traveled all over the places.

Keep up the good work.

Raj
