Two New Ones - need help with titles.

Hi Yall,

Here are two paintings that I just finished. At least I think I'm finished. What do you guys think, do you see anything that needs changing? Also, I am drawing a complete blank for titles on both of them. If you have any suggests, I would sure love to hear them. Thanks for looking & C&C's most welcome. Acrylic, 16x20.

Tanja, what can I say but Yee-haw! These are fantastic! You're really making a great series of paintings with this style. Beautiful work!

As for the titles...Somehow that first one really did make me think "Yee-Haw". Not sure about the second one for a title...titles aren't my thing.

Thank you so much! I have one, maybe two left to do ' cause I am about out of brown gesso & I am about out of time before the show. I do like "Yee Haw". That fits. I really, really stink at titles - thanks.

These are GREAT!
I'm pretty bad with titles too but something like, "Roper", "Roping practice", "Header", "He's Getting Away" etc... would be what I would call the second one.

John - thanks so much. Yeah, the second one is my favorite also. Bull & rider gave me fits from the git-go & the bull still looks like he is smiling. Oh, well.
Jim - Thank you - I am working on movement right now. Also, glad you like my signature. I have been signing this way for so long, I don't even notice it anymore.
Peggy - thank you so much. I really like "He's Getting Away" - thanks for the suggestion.

Wow, these are great! I actually like the bull painting the best. I think the head and front end of bull is awesome. I think the background on bullride painting is cool and different. Both are excellent.

Dear Pastel lover,

For the bull rider, there are so many cliches one can come up with. What I see in the picture and correct me if I'm wrong, is that the bull is spitting. I think a title if it is not offensive is "Spitting Bull".

The other pastel picture is beautiful in the texture of the background and the action that is captured. Again there are probably many cliches to use. I see cowboy chasing the calf in this dramatic light. A title for this picture might be "Lighting Fast".
