I haven’t posted in nearly a year but I have been busy.
I survived another car accident (my 2nd in less than 2 years!) which was caused by an elderly female driver failing to give way at an intersection while I was on the way to work. I was lucky enough to escape any serious injury apart from a lot of bruising (mainly to my chest and caused by the airbag deploying) so I only had one night in hospital. The other driver didn’t get off so lucky and spent over 6 months in hospital and rehab with multiple fractures. That’s why I don’t bear her any ill-will even though she caused the accident. My car was a write-off so I have to get a new one (second time in 18 months- my insurance company just loves me!)
I’m still nursing full-time and trying to get my house into some kind of better shape so I can sell it and move to Melbourne to be nearer my 2 kids. And I’m still painting lots as you will see.
