I am thinking there isn't enough red or orange. Interesting approach and appears to be nicely executed. Have a feeling, the original is a bit brighter than the photo. Many wonderful things going on here.

Re: Abstract - newest

I tend to agree with idylbrush about more being better. definitely not too much. My suggestion is don't be afraid to go all out, of course that is advice coming from a colorholic. Your painting(s) have good motion and movement accompanied by graceful lines and they are easy to look at. Why don't you also post this in the Abstract and Contemporary Forum. Nice work Spotters!

I don't think there is too much red and orange. I love the movement throughout. To me it looks a little top heavy. You have the green shape top and middle and it tends to keep my eye up there. Maybe a similar color or something strong towards the bottom of the piece to bring your eye down.

May want to try posting over at the Abstract/Contemporary forum too.

Re: Abstract - newest

Thanks for the feedback - appreciated, Really. The colors are more vibrant in real life....especially the oranges...reds....

I agree that it needed something to anchor it - I added the green at the bottom. thanks for the suggestion....i had been thinking it needed something there....here's the change
