Just off my Easel, attached is my Pastel entitled “Your Colors”. It was inspired by my dear late friend Linda, who shortly before She passed gifted this scarf to me. When She gave it to me she proclaimed that as soon as I saw it I said that’s your colors! Hence in honor of Linda I proudly wore this scarf bathed in Her light. It’s done on 18″x24″ sheet of U-Art 500 grid paper. Hope you like it.. I used a selfie as reference.

I find the blue lights in the face just a tad too strong. Could they be toned down or reduced in size slightly?C&C always welcome.

I find the blue lights in the face just a tad too strong. Could they be toned down or reduced in size slightly?Thank you Harry. The blues photographed a little too bright then they actually are. Perhaps they should still be toned down but I like to be a bit daring when I paint. However, I will take another look in a few days, to review the overall color harmony. It is my practice to not look at a painting for a few days even weeks so I may look at it agagin with a fresh eye. Thank you again for your helpful comments!!
