whats a lino???

diane555 dear i must be ignorant, because i don't know what a lino tile is . this piece is just a small section of a doodle i did in ball point pen, quartered, flipped, and pasted togetherin p-shop,then colors inverted, i really liked the "organic" feel of it.the original un-inverted piece is attached...

Hi Remble
This one is more detailed tha your last one.
I like it.

A lino, or linocut is a print made from a design cut into linoleum.
Your design would be excellent for this.
Check out the Printing Forum and see what you think

Yes, do check out the printmaking forum. Your work would transfer very well into relief linoleum cut prints.
