Here Comes The Sun

Here Comes The Sun ~ Whilst roving about with my camera today, I came across an interesting rusted metal ornament screwed to an old fence post. T'was overcast today and being an old Beatles fan, I immediately heard George Harrison's voice in my mind singing "Here Cones The Sun". I found myself captivated by the rusted patina and missing blade-like rays of the solar themed ornament. The textures of old metal and wood called to me to photograph them. I added the sun's rays with some post image editing to underscore the title of the piece.

C & C always welcomed.

Cheers Mates,
Mike ☘️🇮🇪🇺🇸

What a find, what a picture. Nicely capture, texture and starburst.

Lovely! The texture makes one almost feel the rusty metal. Adding the rays was a nice touch.
