Re: Kay's Junk Journal

Thank you Robert, Joan, and EP! There are a lot of outlaws so this series will keep me occupied for a long time. The different mobs alone are quite numerous.

Re: Kay's Junk Journal

Here is one of wildlife elk eating as we saw driving into New Mexico on Wednesday; charcoal with a bit of collage Christmas tissue. The tissue seemed to fit the subject so how lucky was that

And another infamous face, the notorious John Dillinger, gangster/bank robber in charcoal.

Another charcoal sketch today of DJT; I spritzed antiquing ink on the background.

Re: Kay's Junk Journal

Various infamous faces, well done! Good likeness on them. Love love love those kittens, I can't believe you did that in only five minutes. It's fantastic. No Hesitation! Just wonderful little cats!

Capone looked a little like Dracula at first glance, but then he sort of did. Dillinger looks like his nose got a bit chapped in the cold, but he may well have had a red nose sometimes. Trump's spot on likeness and typical expression.

And the kittens look like they're going to erupt all over the journal like the furry little terrors all kittens are, they are adorable.

Re: Kay's Junk Journal

5.25x8.25 ink sketch in junk journal done yesterday, a continuous line using Uniball Vision Elite pen. I had gessoed and antique inked the page. Total time about 20 minutes for the current AMAE forum weekend drawing event challenge.
C&C welcome

Re: Kay's Junk Journal

Another for our Notorious Outlaws thread in Southwest/Western forum; 8.25x5.25 black marker and Staedtler Lumocolor B pen in junk journal done last night, a quick sketch on partially gessoed page of female outlaw and murderer Belle Starr.
