Thanks for writing to let us know you are experiencing some issues with your video downloads. Please let me know which videos you are downloading and what process you are using to do so. ArtistsNetwork.tv doesn't have video downloads over 800 or 900 MB, so not sure which ones you might be trying to access.
Are you are allowing the download to complete it's process prior to opening it? Viewing it before it is completely loaded to your computer can cause viewing issues. And it can take quite a while to download files as large as 1 GB.
You might also try the following:
Open the QuikTime or the VLC Player (if you do not have either one of these players you can download them for free at the below.)
If you want to try opening it in QuikTime:
You will open the QuikTime Player, go to File/Open URL and copy and paste the download link under where it says ‘Enter an Internet URL to open’. Press enter. Your video should start playing for you within 15-30 min or shorter.
If you want to try opening it with VLC:
You will open the VLC Player, go to Media/Open Network Stream and copy and paste the link under where it says ‘Please enter a Network URL’. Press Play. Your video should start playing for you within 15-30 min or shorter.
