I’ve found I do most of my drawing these days while waiting for the bus. A pair of pages from my pocket sketchbook:
The top image was done with a sailor fude nib pen with water soluble ink and the lower with a pair of microns, with some ink stolen from the upper image with a waterbrush to make some shadows.

The flower seed head has a real feeling of fine art because of it being finely drawn & lit – very 3D.
Two very different sketches in style, small but definitely not insignificant !

The second is an exquisite piece of drawing and observation …. delicate, sensitive, very nice.I guess the buses are often not on time?:lol:
