Bird Point At Turnagain Arm-WIP

This is from a recent photo shoot of Turnagain Arm from Bird Point, right outside of Anchorage. I've completed the mid-section and now starting the rework of the inlet waters and foreground. I've included a couple closeups, much more detailed painting than I normally do..this is the third in this series.

Williamsburg Oils on canvas, 24x36...thanks for the look..

Hey, thanks Sandra..it looks a little funky uploading multiple images using the attachment tool, makes the images merge too close...

I've already spent about 30 hours on this painting...

Dan, this is great! Alaska has to be one of the most beautiful places to live ever, or you're just such a good painter you make it beautiful in your art!

Your on the way to another great one. I'm familiar with that view from when we lived in Anchorage. I love the way you push the colors,this scene would be much mre mono if you hadn't.
