Biltmore Orchid

First time I've posted in Florals. 8 x 10 Oils. I took a photo when I was visiting the Biltmore Estates. Any comments are welcome.

Beautiful flowers. Nice treatment of the background. I like the lavender(?) color you've worked into the foliage below the flowers.

Lovely, your background colours go really well with the flowers.

Re: Biltmore Orchid

Beautiful, both the flowers themselves, and the background. I'm especially impressed with the details in the background...they support the foreground very well, without detracting from it, and yet they have been carefully executed with all the necessary detail. Lovely work.
