Welcome the Challenge this month. I thought it would be fun to have an aviary full of lovely birds. To add to the challenge, how about using a medium you have never tried before. This is entirely up to you. However moving out of one’s comfort zone can often lead to new and exciting things in your world of art.
All the references are from the Wetcanvas Reference Library and the links are below each photo.
Thank you so much to those members who contributed these photos. The Challenge begins on the 1st of each month and continues until the end of the month.
A BIG PLEASE! DO NOT UPLOAD YOUR WORK UNTIL THE 20TH NOVEMBER. IT IS A LOT MORE FUN WHEN WE SHOW OUR WORK AT THE SAME TIME.You have until the end of the month to post your paintings or drawing or even sculptures. You can interpret the images in whichever way you wish. Crop them, change the colours, do two or more images in one painting. Just have fun and enjoy the process.
Looking forward to the 20th.

Waxwings are probably my favourite birds. I saw my first two of the year last week, I’ve never seen them so early. And of course my camera was at home!

Federico, I thought it would be nice to have a bird gallery this month. They are colourful and interesting to sketch or paint and as the winter days grow darker and longer, the birds begin to disappear. Helps us to remember warm summer days.

My Blog/WIP's and Tips: Chammi's Art EscapadesNovember 11, 2019 at 8:22 am #901544I’m going to start mine tonight. It will be the first piece of artwork I’ve done for at least a month. I’ve chosen the one that looks the most fun to work on.
