Clay Pipe Question

Ive been using clay for about a month and i am enjoying it very much.
I recently started making pipes for fun and ive made a couple that i would very much like to use.

Now here is my problem... the type of clay i used is Roma Plastilina which is non Harding and not good to make into a tobacco pipe. But that type of clay lets me create the details i like.
1. Is there a method that i can use to copy this into a usable pipe.
2. I would like a clay that is sturdy and able to keep the detail i put in it.
3. I currently am saving up for a kiln but i could have access to one.

Any Help on this matter would be greatly helpful.
