a steep road down, a hairpin bend over an old stone bridge, the cottage we stayed in and a fabulours glaciated valley.
Yes Kay I could have stayed a month more!
It was tranquil but at the weekend there were occasional convoys of groups – motorbike clubs – trikes and normal, MG sportscars in a line of maybe 20 and Porsches the same and vintage sports cars. Had to giggle when one of the Porsches went down a ditch trying to pass someone on the single track road
