        I thoroughly enjoyed last night’s session. The model had classic curves and posed well, the room was nearly full and there seemed to be a buzz in the air – just my cup of tea. I’ve given up trying to get the generic style of short poses and try to get some of the actual shape down. Does anyone actually enjoy a 1 minute pose?

        Short poses, 1 to 5 minutes

        10 and 15 minute poses

            I really like the line you’ve used. Articulate, sensuous, decorative. We can see you’ve enjoyed doing these, they have a relaxed upbeat vibe.

                Yes I enjoy one minute poses… but I prefer 2 minute ones!

                    These are giving me some envy!
                    Not sure when we will start back with our life drawing sessions.
                    The town where we hold the sessions was severely affected by the recent fires- still not sure about when it will be possible.

                            David, Fine drawings, expressive sensitive lines.
                            One min poses…I hear you, intense warm ups. I like them if I get some accuracy. They help me to focus and look quickly back and forth from model to drawing.

                                Thanks Harry, it was a good session, wouldn’t it be great if we all felt that good after drawing, mostly its ‘now if i could just do that again I’d get it right . Bit like life I guess ;)

                                Thanks Mac, there should be a law against one minute drawings, but then we wouldn’t have ‘Figuary’ coming up next month :)

                                Thanks Bethany, sorry to hear that and hope you can soon get it sorted. We Brits just cant really imagine what you are all going through, its a dreadful disaster for humans, animals and the environment :)

                                    David, there are many gestures that I like very much, nice session.
                                    yes, soon there is figuary.

                                        Scrumptious drawings David. It’s all about the timing the general theory of relativity and the speed of light has something to do with 1 minute drawings there’s a law of physics about it …but I can’t understand the math. :)
