Re: Who are your 3 favorite artist?

As my first reply these are my three.

No-1 Michelangelo. not just a great painter but the best Sculptor.
No-2 Now this might surprise some, but a wonderful painter. Norman Rockwell..

No-3 Renoir. ............Bud

Re: Who are your 3 favorite artist?

This is today, right? I mean, if I answer the question differently tomorrow, no one is going to accuse me of anything, right?

1. Artemesia Gentileschi
2. Sofonisba Anguissola
3. Rogier van der Weyden

Tomorrow, Rogier will most definitely be replaced with Jan van Eyck. And this was only painters; there are lots of artists I admire who are not painters, but it's too late to think that in comparison mode (Do I like my first choice of vegetable better than my second choice of casserole?)

This had been a great discussion!

Keith,

It also doesn't say/read "artists" (go have a look if you doubt me...lol), so with that new understanding, I suppose the answer could be : Me, Myself & I
