Dock of the bay

Hi, this is where I sit when I go down to the dock in the afternoon, first try with acrylics from memory! always fun to paint a favorit spot, I'm sure you'll see this again sometime after a few lessons! r/marianne

Re: Dock of the bay

I'd always liked this song even when I thought it was "Sitting in the dark of the day..." now it's on autoplay. Having had some days when I had the opportunity to just sit on a dock seeing docks or piers or moorings just bring up those quiet moments in me.

I want to be sitting there taking in the surroundings and breathing in that moist clean air....beautifully done Marriane.
