Good sense of distance, and that and the clouds do feel like Constable. You need a cow in it, lol!

It is funny I thought about some cows and sheep off in the distance at one point....yes that Constable influence. LOL

Oh, wow - that' s a nice sky! So many clouds and little details! That, combined with the big, scraggly, leaning tree and all the various greens does capture the sense of Constable and other similar painters of that era. Nice depth, too.

This has the timeless feeling of classical landscape painting. I have the feeling that I have just stopped to take in the serene view while doing a contemplative walk. Great feeling to it. Gary
