Anyone Know This Artist?

Hi there! Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I recently had a student submit a copy of this piece as an assignment. I immediately recognized the image, but can't remember the artist. It's been reblogged and pinned so many times online that all original credit has been lost. Before confronting my student for plagiarism, I wanted to make sure I knew the name of the original artist. Anyone know?

Re: Anyone Know This Artist?

I think you are in the wrong forum.. but I'm not sure which one to suggest...
If it was supposed to be the students own original work..??
I'd still explain about copyright and crediting and that images are all over the internet and not always appropriate to use those..

But for study/practice /lessons..should be OK , just not selling...
unless it was supposed to be a original work for the lesson...?

Not sure of the age or level of the student...
