No pentimento? or have you rubbed it out well done Earl. However the pose brought to mind a piece of classic British comedy

That's a tough pose for the model leaning off center like that, I would say that is being passive abusive to the model. Looking forward to see how you manage this one.

Passive-abusive encouragement must be a Texas thing. I'm just mean, although I am working on being more agreeable, it's difficult!

Dave-

I dunno. I just draw what I see. I still have much work to do on her legs. Maybe itíll make sense later on. Fingers crossed.

Earl you do this once a week right? So we have to wait another week to find out what is going on in her legs? This is worse than watching paint dry!

Only joking mate learning to draw takes a long long time and having friends like us isn't helping.

Whats that old clichť, "don't give up your day job."

The head doesn't bother me. I've marked out the area that concerns me just check the relationships in the red circle. In post 11 the original study has differences with this iteration.

"You usually get it right" You're too kind and your expectations are too high. I'm like the blind pig hoping to find an acorn.

I agree. The shadow shape on the right leg has problems. But I'm nowhere near finished. I have a few more weeks to rub holes in the paper.

Re: More life drawings

Bill said something a little while ago, something like 'dont always draw what you see, draw what you ought to see'. It looks like some heavy direct lighting is picking up an imperfection.
