It happened again.
I am a fan of Northlightshop-artistsnetwork- F+W media and so I purchase a lot of items (all downloadable as I do not intend to pay high shipping costs to Italy) and sometimes there are corrupted links. So yesterday it happened with the Oil Painting with the Masters eBook. I've written to the customer service about it and guess what???
I've got the same response from them on how to download links, they even do not try to verify the problem obviously.
With the Larry Seiler video they have taken a month to understand and correct the problem, how long will it take now?
Why don't they provide a customer service of same level of their products????
