Jo, he obviously means "August 18" and needs help with that download. Stu

Sometimes northlight's site will go down. You need to keep insisting. Also maybe your connection got broken in between the download time.

Hi Jo,

After another couple of tries, I've at last managed to get the download.

It seems like, as you say, I've been the victim of Northlight outages or broken connections.
