Study of a Black Man

Sorry this photo turned out not too good. I got too close to the painting and so the head is distorted (too wide). In the actual painting it is not as wide as what you see. I used pan pastels on Fabriano paper. I used Burne Hogarth's book : Drawing the human head as a guideline. Love that book.
