Question for Fine Arts Connoisseur

Hi,

I hope you don't mind that I post this question here. I am curious to
know if you can identify the painting that is shown in the photo below. It caught my attention when I saw the newspaper today:



The whole photo can be found by searching "Theresa May Chequers meeting".

maybe just email them directly. they can provide more info on where the photo was taken, etc.
