Acid Rain (MI)

These are details of the same acrylic pour that work better as stand alones. Too small to be worth framing (about 4x8) but could maybe work as prints.

I love anything done with the two complements of red and green and use them a lot, too. Your first one is interesting as a landscape idea w/ sun or moon but the second one really resonates with me. Great pours!

Both nice but the second one is simply gorgeous! I hope you dont mind my saying but I could see this as a wonderful bedding design...it just has a lovely delicate soft dreamy sleepy vibe to it.

Thanks Kay, Katie, Anthon, Susan and Chaya. Katie I don't mind the bedding suggestion
Recently my name got on an email list from a company that prints your art of clothes and fabrics -scarves, dresses, pillows etc. Its for artists who want to launch their own clothing lines. I'm sure they do bedding too. Someday it would be fun to try.

Re: Acid Rain (MI)

Both are beautiful and would look great enlarged and put on the wall, even as framed prints and companion pieces.

Re: Acid Rain (MI)

I am trying to find out the substance added to paint pours that create cells after the paint is poured. Both Australian artist Lauren O'Meara and Emma Lindstom use this method - would anyone know what they use?
Thank you
Art Monkey

Re: Acid Rain (MI)

The class on it I took last month used silicone and Floetrol added to acrylics. They got the amounts from youtube videos.
