You have obviously an engineering background and access to a workshop, there are so many different techniques.

What gave you the idea, have you made other steam punk creations?

Yes a few pieces.
The original idea came from looking at wooden submarines.
Mainly the Icenteo .

I wanted to make it a bit functional so I added all the speakers.
Now it really is a "Sub" Marine.
