Solitude (x-post Oil Pastel)

Oil Pastel: Neopastels, Mungyo and Holbeins
11 x 14: gessoed hardboard

Prepared with a soft pastel underpainting wash with water.

Hi Wendy: Thank you for your comment I really enjoyed painting this scene. The tooth can fill quickly if I'm not careful, and if any section gets scraped I could find a mess on my hands. A lot of care is taken while I'm painting to build up the OP layers by making them really thin.
