Thumbs up Expressiver Realismus PleinAir - BILDER/PICTURES

In Europe, the art form again arises or better category called
"Expressive Realism", which contributes greatly to my Idole Andre Krigar.

I paint now also in this kind Especially Plein Air or in the studio.

My ArtName/Nickname is DECiNERGY - means Design, Energy & Cine (because Pictures is/are for me Cine)

Hope you enjoy the images/pictures ... ;-)

EXPRESSIVER REALISMUS / EXPRESSIV REALISM means:
---------------==================---------------
It's about mood and feelings ...

From a distance it is realistic with mood, atmosphere & from the vicinity there is more of a surreal color Abstract Expressionist stain carpet.

And this corresponds to, now, more my style of painting.

You can feel the realistic atmosphere and near viewed *
Depth, mood and expressive scenes ...

* If you squint your eyes,
pronounced "Where-is-the-eye" or "sunlight" look

AND: You should see a strong brush strokes (ie Pastos) and best in a line several traces of color!
And each color should ALWAYS be a little white mixed ...

PS:. I'm only learning momently this style of painting, but a few are already passable;-)
BETTER you looks, if you want to learn about it or informed, according to a search engine KRIGAR ANDRE !

BEST REGARDS,
DECiNERGY

This is a kind of expressionist technique? It's interesting. The overall effect is a little blurry to my personal brain-type, I guess, but I do see nice brush strokes. And the smiling people have a nice live quality to them.

Thanks ... It's good to hear/read ;-)

Here are some Video-Links that explain more about ExpressiverRealismus/ExpressivRealism:
(HOPE IT'S OK - that i post this links ?!? ;-))

Andre Krigar malt PleinAir in Berlin./Andre Krigar paints PleinAir in Berlin:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KX8HFp1Id4A

ANDERE von ihm/Other from him or about his style:
-> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f6m6zI9STp8

Better describe what i mean or what ExpressiverRealismus (ExpressivRealism) is and how it looks ...

It's 'blurry' - near it looks expressiv/abstract and from far realistic ...
Not real Expressiv and not Realistic - in the middle
OR
Expressiv+Realistic = ExpressiverRealismus

He is as far as I can see doing completely normal painting to weird music. Well within the personal variation for plein air work. I can't see how it needs a fancy name!

Hmmm ... good question ;-)
I think he would 'reactivate' the old german 1920th style from the 'group' NorddeutscheRealisten which they descripted it is middle of expressiv and realistic - a new style (longtime ago ;-))

The music is really ... xXx ... ;-)

But i think, to better understand his style - and me what i mean here at WetCanvas - and the name is to buy his book(s), because there are big pictures (with full detail and sometimes macro-images) to 'study' his brushwork ...

Nice work. Brings to mind Emil Nolde, a favourite of mine. I like the last one especially.
I like AK's work as well. His brushwork is expressionistic, but still based in drawing.

Thxs, very nice!

Emil Nolde: yep, you could be right?! Some of his paintings.

A. Krigar - still based drawing: I've even seen yet! Might be possible?!

About image 5 or the last: yes, i find it also good, because nothing is seeing. You must focus (your eyes & brain) OR squint your eyes ... THEN you see something!

But i feel the first painting is (momently) my best.
[ But with some errors :-( - but the feeling & atmosphare are good - SUPERb when the lighting is on or good sunlight shine on it ... ;-) ]

Most above have a wrong exposure - on my page are other irradiations
[http://www.decinergy.at/cms/ATELIER.html]

Here are a few other exposure images:

P.S.: the last 2 are the new image i'm still working on - NAME : Amsterdams Venedig
-> in the beginning it was plein-air, but now i'm at home and so im must work in the Atelier
The last is the other exposure from it!

Re: Expressiver Realismus PleinAir - BILDER/PICTURES

I like this style of yours, but not sure why you would want to mix white into every color - or did I misunderstand that point?

went to your website but could not navigate it - or is it only the one page?

Looking forward to more from you, always looking to explore and research new ideas and concepts. Thanks for posting, I like this style.

Re: Expressiver Realismus PleinAir - BILDER/PICTURES

THXS!

noge: yeah burgenland is beautiful ;-) - it has an frankophil, italian & dutch/amsterdam region ;-) :-) ;-)
-> interrail is the 'key' ...
==>>> WAS HABEN SIE/DU GEMEINT MIT "BTW If you walk in other ... nobody will recognize yours" ???!!!??? *smile* - i don't understand it [my D/English]

birdhs: yes i mix EVERY color white in it - also a little, little one in the deepest blue or black - but black i don't use! - so it's a little 'broken' color and it would makes shiny and every color (mostly Cadmiums, ...) makes vibrant & 'body'/'soul'/'living'
-> the ATELIER.html is only look inside with images from atelier and ALSO some other exposure-pictures ... - the menu from my site is there hidden but you can go back with bottom left-arrow ...
BEST: go to Startpage -> www.decinergy.at

The explanation : If you walk in other ....

If you have learned perfect the style of krigar you are a clon of your Idol

Normal the style cames with the time ( after painting some hunderts of pictures ) -people seeing yours should say: This is a "Decinergy"
If they say its a almost a "krigar" - would you like this ?
To crate a masterpice it needs a basic in composition , color theory & practice

Good luck
