Some fun reading - Looks like it's watermelon season!

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/09/22/t...icult-art.html

I do miss the art scene in NY, but . . . Well . . . maybe not "all" of it!

Bet this will bring a smile or 2.

Unfortunately, the New York Times thinks I'm going to pay for their online articles that are already funded by advertising.

I think that you can read five free articles each month, without paying? It is not exclusively pay-to-read.

I read it without having to pay anything. It was pretty interesting.

The NYT articles can usually be opened in an incognito window (Chrome)/private window(Safari), etc. Most browsers have something equivalent.
Anyway, the article seems to mostly about rich people enjoying their novelty art that requires lots of upkeep, like square watermelons in a case that have to be replaced every few weeks. Kind of like the dead shark but with more bother. Maybe there’s more, I didn’t finish the article.
Cheers,
Chris

I guess I'll pass on having a french horn full of guacamole sitting in my living room.

I wanted this but couldn't afford to pay people so I did it by myself in my living room. My dog was amused but my wife went upstairs to watch baseball.
