November Pear

9x5.5 mixed media still life on vintage book text done last week. I started this Bosc pear out as a simple ink sketch with a Staedtler 0.3 pen, then added watercolor. White areas are acrylic for highlights.
C&C welcome

Re: November Pear

I really like this. Love the simplicity.

I have quite a few vintage books. . I usually use the covers for my mixed media and bits and pieces of the text. Should try something more on the pages themselves.

Guessing you would frame this under glass .

Thanks Cyndi, bartc, Elinor, and ronsu.
Yes, mat and frame under glass. I hope you do some on the pages, Elinor.
