Hi Annette. It's funny. When I saw this sky (and water), I didn't see gray, at all. I saw luminescent purples, lavenders, and turquoises. Some grays are so subtle, mouse fur, for example, or dove feathers, and beautiful in their quiet voice. Some 'grays' are bursting with opportunity. I seized the opportunity.
Now I am hungry to do more like it, but I"m afraid to 'repeat' myself. On the other hand, can I even replicate this? Now that is a question I'm trying to avoid answering (to myself, because if I do, I'm going to have to do something about it). Thank heaven I started this line of thought because I hadn't articulated this well to myself until now. Looks like I have to paint more gray skies afterall
