Best way that do not fatigue on very fine oil painting

Hi,

the best way that do not fatigue on very fine oil painting. My problem is, that I can not paint over hours at home at ones. I need than for 1 hour a pause. This is my hobby. I paint in lot of layers with oil. Do I make very thin layers and press the brush to get the color smooth. So, lot of work. I use panels only.
What you make, to get a longer work possible?

Dynamic useable sizeable easel? Good or special light? Cooling room?

I think he's asking how to work most comfortably and be able to work longer than one hour.

my answers: be well rested ... have a comfortable chair ... work standing up sometimes ... have an adjustable easel ... have patience.

Oh, now I see, thanks La.
I have my shoulder back and it is less painful, due to working flat on a table that is a wee bit above waist height and it can tilt. I can do big underpaintings in wash like a watercolor this way. It is really quite comfortable and I thought I would hate it. If I get tired, I just slide a tall stool under the table. I seldom use an easel now.

Paint for an hour, take a break, paint some more.

This will sound odd, but I could never paint longer than an hour a day until March this year, when I started eating significantly more vegetables. Now with a good diet, I can handle an entire day with no issues. Something to consider if it applies to you as well.

For me in one or two hours my power is off with this fine art. Sometimes I can paint longer.
I heared this can be normal, that artists could never some hours a day.
