Shutterbug Pub Daily, Sunday March 4, 2018

Yesterday's trip to the auto museum with fellow photo club members was lots of fun and somewhat productive. Since I have been there so many times, as I walk around I think, "I've got a photo of that, and that, and that.... I have to say though, that Mr. Stahl, the owner of the museum, keeps adding more and more cars to the field of beauties. I don't think I ever took a photo of this car, however, the 1948 Ford Super Deluxe Sportsman.

Have a wonderful Sunday,
Blessing to all.
LORELL

Love the yellow Ford Lorell. Vintage cars have so much character and style that modern cars lack. I'm sure it won't be your last visit to the museum.

I've just demolished a modest serving of trifle. It is actually the third iteration of this sumptuous dessert and so far the best I think.

Beautiful day here too btw. Just got back from my daily walk.
Took this selfie at ground level using the S8+ protective case as an 'easel' and voice control to activate camera. Try that with a dslr!
Technique will be useful in Ireland to shoot pics of ourselves kissing the Blarney Stone ...

That is one awesome car, Lorell! I bet it's made with THICK steel, not the stuff of todays cars. Don't lean on one of today's cars...you may get dents! Mark, the trifle looks very good. About your selfie : With my DSLR I bought an inexpensive Wireless Remote Shutter Release ( Vello, by Freewave) and it works great! I can set up my tripod aimed at a bird's landing spot, sit in the car or in the house and trigger the shutter. Good for family photos and selfies, too. Nice selfie, by the way!

Mark,
That was a great idea and it worked perfectly. You sure wear the hat well. You be styling, dude.
I have a question regarding the voice control. What is the command you used to activate the shutter.
