Re: Whisky painting

Is that Glenmorangie? Very nice. Both the painting and the scotch whiskey. Double neat for me, too.

Re: Whisky painting

Good painting, good scotch. Did you use the official paint box for your watercolors?

Re: Whisky painting

Wird der Whisky als Ersatz für das Wasser gebraucht oder
für den Maler als Inspirationsquelle oder beides zusammen?
Klasse "Stillleben"!

Is whisky used as a substitute for water or as a source
of inspiration for the painter or both together?
Great "still lifes"!

Re: Whisky painting

I am not a whiskey fan, but seeing that excellent glow in your super watercolour, may just tempt me to get some....for painting, obviously.

Re: Whisky painting

Thank you all for your kind comments and slainte!

Scott, yes you are right it's a Glenmorangie.

Richard, didn't know that there are special paints for whisky paintings

The drink afterwards is the reward for all those painters you managed to keep their brushes out of the drink. And that is a difficult task for me, I tend to dip my brush in every liquid nearby.
