Decided to drag out an old gouache painting and refine and “revive” it ... still working on this small painting. C&C welcomed 😊

Nice capture of atmosphere with gouache. I wonder if one of her cheeks should be a little fuller or narrower as they look uneven?

It's lovely. I don't think it needs more work....but I'm not the creator of this piece. I really like the atmosphere, and her expression makes me wonder what she's thinking about, making it intreaguing.

The cheeks make perfect sense the way they are, with the slight bit of shadow from the shawl on her left, brighter lit, one. That may cause that cheek not to look as full, but it works.

I need to clarify one thing: I drug out this old gouache painting and revised and revived it with pastel 😊.
