Anne Arundel County - Maryland
The Chesapeake Arts Center moved their date back to January 2-4th, 2018 to accept artworks for exhibition in their upcoming Glen Burnie, Maryland show. The Center apparently is hoping that more artists will participate in their show so I thought I'd post a note.
Artworks will be moved by the Chesapeake Arts Center to the location of the show on January 5th.
Very simply, all mediums accepted... frame must be 16"X20"... you can drop off a print or original artwork... you may use a mat or not... no restriction of mat color but the frame has to be black and have a wire attached for hanging.
If you're local and would like to participate in the show.. send a paragraph or two about yourself as an artist and your art; a photo of the piece or pieces that you'd like to be included in the show that you've done within the last five years, the titles of the pieces to Nicole Caracia to be accepted. Please send at least five examples of recent artworks, even if they are not all to be included in the show. Just send five examples and you can link a website or a place where you have your artwork displayed on line also. Nicole's email is:
Then you are supposed to drop off your piece or pieces, up to five, in bubble wrap at the Chesapeake Arts Center between 10-4 from Dec 19th -20th or January 2-4, 2018. Address is The Chesapeake Arts Center: 194 Hammonds Lane, Brooklyn Park, Maryland.
All questions to Nicole Caracia.
