Lions, Tigers and Bears. OH MY!

lion oil 30x30
tiger, oil 20x16
Bear, oil 24x18
These are all done and my unique style of impressionistic fingerpainting and detailed brush work. I love the bold, vibrant colors and flow that this fingerpainting technique gives me. However I did not want to give up my detailed brush work. So I tried combining them. What do you think?

I think your technique works well, I really like your lively style with the bold marks and colours contrasting with the finer detail. They are interesting to look at and very well thought out.

They are very colorful... brushstrokes are very loose..beautiful work

Actually they are not brushstrokes this is fingerpainting I do the detailed brush work mostly in the eyes and noses. I call it my unique blend of techniques!

I hope you use gloves... oil has toxic materials that can go through the skin ... you know health first
