An Interesting Abstract - Any Idea who the artist might be?

I recently purchased this painting, but I can't decipher the signature any ideas?

Is that signature upside down?

Frankly, it could be anyone who owns an airbrush.

It seems to me that these big bubbles were seen a lot in art in the 1980's.
