They're beautiful! Are they made to mount on a wall? It looks that way from the angle. I love the river rock detail and the branches. They give a nice reality to the scene. Beautiful work! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you Lynda, yes they are all wall mounts. The trout are carved from tupelo. The rocks are made from a variety of scrap wood and the branches are made from tupelo and basswood. The small branches are brass with Apoxie Sculpt.

Actually the rocks are fun, its hard to make a mistake carving a rock.

Unfortunately there is no market for carved rocks.

Outstanding work! The shimmer on those fish, the fine detailing, the color is all fantastic! I too thought the rock were real and the wood branch, but no, you sculpted all of it. Masterful job on these. Thanks for the progress pics, too, that show your process.
