But .. but ... he's sleeping!

Nice job so far, George. You got some good darks in this but the baby skin is still quite soft. Darks and babies are usually not a good combination.

Thanks Ken, I have this picture of my grandson and wanted to try my best to do a graphite drawing. I layered 6h for skin, also 4h,3h,2h for tones. Onsie done in 5b layer and tried to keep the fabric texture, bat is done with 3 layers of my new 9b. I'm down to feet area and need to refine shadow line around.
This winter I have a few pictures to draw of him with big eyes open.

Wassie I mentioned to Ken that I have to finish his feet and shadows all around. This was a fun challenge for me as I have done very little human drawings, let alone a 5 week old baby.
