Levitation..

My neice asked if I could take some senior portraits for her...she is home schooled, so no school portraits.....So I dusted off the camera and tripod and went to see what I could see. This one I did for me.....levitation!! Something I had been wanting to try......

Re: Levitation..

Natalie, your niece is a very pretty girl and that is a clever shot. Hopefully you'll be able to share more from the photo shoot with us. Was it fun? Did she have a bunch of outfit changes?

Re: Levitation..

Hey, Lorell. Guess nobody looks into the darkroom anymore. LOL! This is my nephew's daughter, so I guess she is my grand-niece? Anyways, she was a very good model. I was very pleased to take her photos...She was very relaxed and enjoyed herself, too. I did not have to ask her to do anything, she moved about, changed positions and smiled a lot!! Those kinds of people are fun to shoot???! Here are a couple more of her.....kids today are doing casual senior portraits....

OMG Natalie, all three of these are keepers. Your niece is very lucky to have such a talented aunt. You saved her a ton of money too. Where will you go to have the proofs printed? She does look like she is confident and enjoyed the photo shoot. She sure is a cutie pie.

Re: Levitation..

Natalie, your backgrounds are awesome.
And you used them so effectively for the making of such interesting compositions.

You have done the job exceptionally well. I'm hopelessly in love with her smile.

Thanks, Peter. She was easy to shoot, and I thought she photographed rather well....I think she was pleased with the photos, too.
