Physic and Math inspired series

I've started work on a new series that I'm really enjoying. My husband is a particle physicist, and he has been helping me by suggesting topics. Since I don't think I have a single mathy or sciencey bone in my body, I really need this help! Here are the first two...they are smallish, under 12" in height, using collage, acrylics, India ink, and gesso:

Sacred Geometry

Charmed Particles

I have plans for string theory, antimatter, and a host of other concepts.

WOW Cyndi, these are dynamite! I can't wait to see your other plans. I'm like you, not one brain cell at all for math, or anything like that, whereas my hubby is a whiz with that. I do love science though.
I hope you will post them in the Abs/Con forum for all there to see.

Re: Physic and Math inspired series

I've painted quite a few more of these since I first started posting them in September. Here are just a couple of my recent favorites:

(Really) Tiny Bubbles
Based on a particle stream through a CERN bubble chamber

Strang(er) in the Night
Kaon-proton collision at CERN. Kaons have either a strange quark or a strange anti-quark

Re: Physic and Math inspired series

Thank you, Rick Anti-Doesn't Matter is probably my fave of the bunch besides the first one that set me off on this pursuit.
