Okay, sorry, I've been so busy, no new photos from me...but this one is from my archives....I still say I used to take better photos....maybe I need my camera/lenses checked out for focus?

The photo is great. I can't see clearly if the focus is wrong... maybe the eye? You know better, looking at the original photo. But I think you shouldn't get discouraged. This summer, on my holidays, I had been a whole year without taking even one single tiny photograph, and I was having a lot of problems with the focus. In the end, it wasn't the camera, I was just out of practice. I didn't even remember what some of the controls of my camera did. I was SO angry... I had to decide to resume it, so it will never, never, never happen again

Thanks for the start, Natalie.
Pretty cool photo and perfect for this challenge. I would say that the uploader probably additional blur.

Luv2shoot, great posture, the bird is posing for you! Nice combinations of colors, as well, blue and brown.

Reflections on water is a very difficult subject for me, because I live in a desertic area, no rivers, lakes, ponds... So I'll have to make do with the sea or some still life... This evening I'll go out and try.

Meanwhile, there is this, taken on a holiday trip, in a little church that I visited and was decorated for a wedding. I took so many photographs of the lovely details and flowers that when the guests started to arrive, they thought I was the photographer!

1/20 f/5.6 55mm

Well, your photo looks like it was taken by a professional photographer. Excellent exposure. Very nice.

Thanks Natalie - that is one of my favorite shots. I have it matted, but not framed yet. Also made "business cards" from the image, which I sometimes remember to have with me.
