Monoprint Newbie- Gelatin Printing

I'm interested in getting some kind of gelatin print and I know the GelliArt Plates are pretty popular. I've seen there are some other ones like Speedball, Imprint and Graphix.

I was just wondering what people like to use best. Right now I'm thinking of purchasing this set because it comes with a brayer and two stencils.

If anybody has any feedback on these tools, I'd really appreciate it. I don't want to make my own plate, though I know it's possible.
Also are there any other tools I should try to get? I'd like to get more stencils but stencils seem really expensive (if anyone has a solution to that as well, I'd appreciate the info!).

Lastly, if anyone has recommendations for tutorials, that's appreciated to.
