Guess the Vehicle

I happened across this beauty yesterday. Had never seen one before.

Can you guess what make of auto it is? (I don't know the model year.)

I'll let you all know when someone gets it right.

Re: Guess the car

No clue but it is a beauty! Probably an Italian high performance car that only a Sheik or someone from Beverly Hills can afford!

Re: Guess the car

Rich,

I'm sure your right about it being both high-performance and high-priced.

I wish I had gotten a shot of the back. I just got these when the owner came out. He didn't mind me taking photos but was running late for a meeting so I couldn't get more.

Re: Guess the car

It’s an Aston Martin, I recognize the badge, probably a DB9

Guess the bike

Assuming I’m right and just to keep the thread going here is a photo of my bike.

I’ve removed the name from the fairing but left the badge on the tank and the model name on the tail so as to not make it to difficult.

Dave.

Re: Guess the car

Yes, it's an Aston Martin. I'm not sure of the model. Could well be a DB9, but also resembles several of the more recent VH Vantage models. And I don't know enough about Aston Martin's to distinguish the models.

I know nothing about bikes, so I'll leave that up to someone else to guess.

Re: Guess the car

Dave!!!!
I am impressed!
Took me a while to find that badge when I first took that phot. (2004)
Back in those days I was not taking phots of the window info on the show registration card.
Now I take a phot of something that will ID the car when I get home.

Re: Guess the car

Early British Ford Anglia, not many 1.17 litre European cars made

First clue for the motorbike, it’s not British but was designed by an Englishman.

This is fun Dave.

Re: Guess the Vehicle

Dave- I kinda thought one of the Europeans might recognize the engine. Didn't want to make it too hard...
