More mixed media, MM2
Another mixed media on canvas. Acrylic paint and gels, paper, coloured pencil. 18 x 24 inches, quite a bit of iridescent paint so a bit awkward to photograph

Beautiful, it really is, so dreamy and mystical. Makes me inspired to try more mixed media, I particularly the effect of the paper. Also, yay for iridescent paint! I love putting gold and silver on my things. I'm trying to see where the coloured pencil is. Is it in the shading? I think I can see some in the green on the left.

Thank you Heket! Yes, the coloured pencil is in some of the shading, I didn't use it for much else.

Thank you Steeldolphin, aidaebr and Dave. I am so pleased that you like it. I am in the process of creating another of these mixed media pieces but it is rapidly getting away from my initial intentions, so I'm not sure that I will get to it before it leaps off the cliff. We'll see!

Thank you cfo, glad you like it! I just stuck paper and stuff on to canvas, then went with the shapes that were there. You should give it a try!
