problem with order North Light Shop

while searching the North Light Shop website which included specials on books, I placed an order for the title "Blue and Yellow Don't Make Green". I completed the order and received an confirmation of the order. Two days ago I sent off an email asking why my account does not show a transaction from North Light Shop, and enquiring what has happened to the order. This morning I received an email telling me that this title is "market restricted". I would like to know what the nature of the restriction, and why my order has not been honoured. I am not very happy.....I feel the explanation I received is far from adequate.
