Thank you Jen, I've been working hard on the tutorials for my Aran Crochet and what with the photography and 'proving' the ending result it really is taking up a great deal of time. As a rib band is needed for most Aran style garments I've done the ribs first Pdf style but I am new to these types of files and I'm not sure if the links work, the are free to whomsoever wants to give them a try, as they work for any type of crochet garment. Flatter than the old type of knitted ribs but more like the modern style that doesn't pull in. I'll have a go at putting them up here because although I've put them up in another thread I haven't had any response so I assume the links didn't work. Here they are one for the single crochet rib and the other for the double crochet rib.

Ah, phooey, I am not able to get anything to come it. It really is better to stick to the usual attachment or upload of an image file, here at Wet Canvas. That way it is in our data bank, and will always remain accessible. When external links or other software is used, it means that, over time, we are likely to loose the image and have a dead post.
